Cranberries rock

OK, I haven't tried this yet but maybe you can peter :)**


The cranberry smooth smoothie
Things you need:

2 cups of vanilla yogurt
1 cup of cranberry juice

1/4 frozen cranberries (optional)

1/4 milk

Put the vanilla yogurt in the blender and add the cranberry juice. Now, add frozen cranberries, if you like. Next, add 1/4 cup of milk and blend. Now add a twisty straw and sip away!
